The protocol works best when you commit to ~20 minutes most days. Big chunks once a week is not what we want. On-site practice (range, court, field) 1–2× per week is ideal — the rest can be at home. Tell us where you'll practice on-site, and whether the most-days-at-home rhythm is realistic for you.
